Meeting with DPA to discuss future actions, risks, and constraints
During the meeting with the DPA of Rhamna, several key points were discussed regarding future collaboration between the 3G team and the DPA. Participants reviewed the social and organizational analysis to address potential risks and challenges. They also revised the partnership agreement between the DPA and cooperatives to ensure equitable access to benefits, granting the DPA authority to take over production or valorization units in case of mismanagement.
Additional topics included supporting NGOs in obtaining literacy funds from ANLCA for cooperative members, aligning ONCA’s training programs with the needs of new cooperatives, and exploring financial support options with the Agricultural Credit Fund to empower women-led cooperatives.
Finally, field teams responsible for surveys were given guidance, and a visit to scheduled cooperatives was planned to assess risks and discuss solutions with local communities.
