Meeting of Social Innovation Lab (SIL) and 3G team members

The meeting brought together members of the Social Innovation Lab (SIL) and the 3G project team. The objective of the meeting was to share knowledge and experiences , examine the gaps identified in the cooperatives of the Rhamna province, and discuss practical solutions for improving training, capacity building, governance, and management of cooperatives through collaboration between SIL and 3G.

Ms. Bouchra Rahmouni, head of SIL,  shared their great performance in implementing programs such as MASSARAT, CRP (Climate Change Resilience), and MORAFAKA, which aim to provide support and technical assistance, develop value chains, as well as improve existing sectors and ensure their sustainable growth in the face of climate change. SIL also received a Space Forum Label, demonstrating its commitment and success.

In conclusion, participants agreed to develop a technical diagnostic sheet for the cooperatives identified by the 3G project at the provincial level. This sheet, which will compile all relevant data and encountered constraints, will be shared with SIL. It will enable them to help strengthen and enhance the capacities of cooperatives based on specific needs and activities.
