Focus group surveys for the communal diagnostic in the Rhamna province (Oulad Hassoun, Sekoura Lhadra, Sidi Ghanem and Sidi Mansour municipalities)

Project members organized field visits to the municipalities of Oulad Hassoun, Sekoura Lhadra, Sidi Ghanem, and Sidi Mansour from April 22nd to 25th. During these visits, they conducted surveys that allowed community members to share their opinions, concerns, and experiences, thereby actively involving them in the territorial diagnostic process.

The focus group surveys in the mentioned communes followed a structured approach to ensure effective and relevant data collection. The questionnaire addressed various topics, including the communities’ agricultural activities, access to education, land tenure status, water availability, infrastructure, women’s autonomy and participation within the douars, community motivation, and perceptions of cooperatives.

By analyzing the identified themes and trends, 3G project members can propose targeted actions and strategies to address the specific needs of the populations.
